Definition
- 简单的绿色水生植物，没有茎 、根和叶。它们属于构成食物链最开始的基础微生物。藻类漂浮于海水和淡水上，也可以在潮湿的墙壁、岩石、树皮表面及土壤上生长。它们含有的叶绿素及其他色素能够使其利用光合作用进行生长。在陆地上，藻类可通过固氮作用改善土壤的肥力。
